New Post: Shrink image while increasing resolution

I have an image that is 9" x 9" at 72 DPI.
My customer wants me to shrink it to 2" x 2", and at the same time, increase the DPI to 300 DPI.


I have been unable to get this to work in Magick.NET. What is the proper way to do both simultaneously without losing resolution.
