It are not two libraries doing the same thing. ImageMagick has more features than GraphicsMagick. I am also maintaining the GraphicsMagick.NET library but it's always a couple steps behind Magick.NET. The latter now works on .NET Core because I did a huge rewrite. I haven't done this yet in GraphicsMagick.NET and I don't know when I will do that. And my recommendation is pretty biased since I am also a developer for the ImageMagick project. I would recommend you to use Magick.NET because the ImageMagick library is being worked on more.
