New Post: Issue with Scale() method

On some images (i think since version either 7... 7 or 7...8), when doing a .Scale() I get corrupted result like this:

This only happens with Scale(), Zoom() works just fine

To replicate the issue simply do a .Scale(New Percentage(150)) for example
